We do not sell your personal information

Stayantra by Nexalaris Techdoes not sell your personal information, and never has. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising — the practice that laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) call “sharing”.

There is nothing for you to opt out of, because we do not do the thing you would be opting out of. This page exists so you can confirm that, and so you can control the optional cookies we do use.

What we actually do with your information

We use what you give us to run the booking you asked for: your booking details go to the hotel you are booking with, and your payment goes to the payment provider you choose (eSewa, Khalti, or Stripe). Those are service providers acting on our instructions and processors of the booking — not buyers of a customer list.

Beyond that we use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and — only if you agree — analytics and marketing cookies to understand how the site is used and how well our own promotions work.

We honour Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. Analytics and marketing cookies are refused for you, and we do not show you a cookie banner asking you to reconsider — you have already told us, and asking again would defeat the point of the signal.

We do not offer a way to override the signal for this site alone: if we let one click here undo a browser-wide setting you deliberately turned on, the setting would not be worth much. If you would rather choose these settings site by site, turn Global Privacy Control off in your browser or extension and reload this page.

Change your cookie preferences

This forgets the choice stored on this device and brings the cookie banner back, so you can set analytics and marketing again. It does not re-enable anything on its own — optional cookies stay off until you say otherwise.

Your other rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Erasure requests are queued with a short grace period so a mistaken request can be undone, and are then carried out across our systems.
